Hence, the time has come to exercise up these muscles and get fit as I don’t wanna end up like a lethargic loser who’s not even able to pull the arrow. Lol.
But obviously the workouts can’t be completely based on shoulder muscles (those used in archery), what you need is a strong body with very strong shoulder muscles. So, I’ve decided to go for 45 minutes cardio for 15 days to get my body into workout type and then I will start the archery shoulder exercises. exercises on a daily basis.
After Youtube-ing for a while I finally found one good routine for cardio for beginners which I’ll be following for first 15 days I guess.
