If you are following me on facebook you would have seen the fabric I chose for my curtains.
Here’s another update: I’m done sewing my curtains :D. It took me like less than an hour to finish one panel. They are french pleat style because that’s the only option available at the dorm. But, it looks so magnificent! I really wanna share the picture but the headboards and pillow covers aren’t done yet, so it’s not looking that pretty at the moment. But, hopefully soon. 😀
Anyways, since the holiday season is coming my goal is to share as many gift ideas as possible. And here’s another very quick (takes max. 10 minutes) scarf update tutorial that would just make any ordinary scarf pretty.
DIY Tassel Scarf (Easy Holiday Gifts)
Here are the supplies you need:
- Tassels
- Thread
- Ordinary scarf
- Thread your needle.
- Spread your scarf onto the surface.
- Arrange the tassels onto the border so that they are equally apart.
- Decide onto how many you want. I chose to have 10 on one side.
- Hand sew the tassels one by one. And you’re DONE!
Congrats! Now you have a totally awesome scarf that you can wear yourself or gift to a friend!
