In this post, learn to sew a mouse card holder, perfect beginner sewing project for Disney lovers.
Now that I’m all settled in and not working on my blog part-time I have given myself the permission to take 2 off days in a week. These are days when I wake up late, take things really slow, and don’t have to worry about wasting my time on useless stuff.
On my off days, I LOVE going to the city, have something delicious to eat and spend all day just walking around. And that’s exactly what I did last Tuesday. I also spent an hour just sitting in the park, by the river on Southgate in Melbourne CBD and if you’ve been there you know how good it feels.
During that time, I thought real hard about my blogging/bag making/pattern designing journey because it had been bugging me a lot as I’m still not where I wanted to be in blogging since the time I started.
That day, sitting by the river I made a lot of big decisions related to my blog which I’m looking forward to sharing with you in the upcoming FB live session.
What I would like to point out is the importance of having a day off to just unwind and take things slow at least once a week. It gives you a nice break from the daily work routine and gives you a chance to reflect and rethink your choices. I went into the day feeling down and lost and came out with innovative ideas and a new purpose.
I can’t wait to share all this new info with you girls in my next live session so don’t forget to catch me live on Facebook. I’ll email you the exact time and date later this week.
Now, onto today’s tutorial where I’m sharing how to make cute mouse card holders; perfect for your next Disney trip.
